Contract/Terms and Conditions

Identification of Parties:

  • Property Owner: New Hope Church (584 Colonial Club Drive, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17112)
  • Facilitator: Brianna Group, LLC

 

Limitations and Restrictions:

Rules:

  • No mass-produced products allowed.
  • MLM (multi-level marketing) businesses are not permitted.

 

Safety Regulations:

  • Vendors using grills, food trucks, or any potentially flammable items must have a fire extinguisher on hand.
  • Tents must be securely placed with a minimum of 10 pounds per leg.

 

Term of Agreement:

  • Duration: May 25 – December 31, 2024

 

Fees and Payments:

  • Pricing from May 1st – November: $35 per allocated spot regardless of the goods and services provided.

 

Payment Methods for Vendor Spot:

  • Accepted methods: PayPal, Debit Card, Credit Card
  • Payment must be submitted through pafoodsandcrafts.com during registration.

 

Booth Assignment and Setup:

  • Spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Signage is acceptable.
  • Tents are acceptable. Each allocated vendor space is approximately 10 feet wide by 20 feet deep. If your setup requires more space, an additional fee will apply.

 

Operating Hours and Attendance:

Vendor and Food Truck Schedule:

  • Every Saturday
    • Arrival and setup: 8-10am (late arrivals will not be permitted to set up and will forfeit the vendor fee for that day)
    • Open for customers: 10am-3pm
    • Cleanup: 3-5pm (vendors must vacate the property by 5pm)

 

Hold Harmless and Release of Liability:

  • The Vendor shall hold harmless, indemnify, and release from liability Brianna Group, LLC and New Hope Church for any claims resulting from the Vendor’s activities, including but not limited to product distribution and services provided by the Vendor while on the premises.
